This Payments, Refunds & Delivery Policy explains how UniSavi manages customer transactions. Please note that all payments are made exclusively through the UniSavi Mobile App. The UniSavi marketing website does not process payments.
1. Payments
All UniSavi services and packages must be purchased through the UniSavi Mobile App.
Payments are processed securely via trusted third-party providers (such as Flutterwave and Flywire).
UniSavi does not collect or store cardholder or bank account details.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that payment details entered in the App are accurate.
2. Delivery of Services
UniSavi services are digital in nature.
Delivery occurs immediately or within 24 hours after payment confirmation.
Access may be granted via:
In-App service activation,
Email confirmation, or
Scheduled advisory/consultation session.
3. Refunds & Cancellations
All sales are final. Once a service or package has been delivered, it is non-refundable.
No cancellations are permitted after payment.
Refunds are only issued in cases of duplicate transactions. Such refunds will be processed within 14 business days to the original payment method.

UniSavi is committed to providing responsive customer support.
We respond to all customer enquiries or complaints within one (1) business day.
