Our African operations are managed through UniSavi EdTech Ltd, a subsidiary incorporated in Nigeria, with its registered office at Oba Akinloye Dr, Lekki 105102, Eti-Osa, Lagos.

All purchases, applications, and payments for UniSavi services are processed exclusively through the UniSavi Mobile App or official partner platforms. No payments are collected on this Site.

All applications, payments, and account services are available only through the UniSavi mobile application or official partner platforms.

 For transparency and to comply with payment provider requirements, the following policies apply to all purchases made through the UniSavi Mobile App:

  • Payments: Payments are processed securely via trusted third-party providers (e.g., Flutterwave, Flywire). UniSavi does not collect or store cardholder details.

  • Delivery of Services: Services are digital and delivered immediately or within 24 hours after payment confirmation via in-app access, email, or advisory session confirmation.

  • Refunds & Cancellations: All UniSavi services and packages are non-refundable once delivered. No cancellations after payment. Refunds are only available in cases of duplicate transactions, refunded within 14 business days.

  • Customer Service Commitment: We respond to all customer enquiries within one (1) business day.

9. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. For services delivered in Africa, UniSavi EdTech Ltd (Nigeria) acts as the local operator. Nigerian users may also have rights under the Federal Competition and Consumer Protection Act (FCCPA) and other applicable Nigerian laws. In the event of a dispute, jurisdiction shall remain with the courts of England and Wales.
